How are the benchmark results?

How are the benchmark results?

I honestly don't know what im doing
Just click the benchmark? Its going through it now
Then dont do conclusions.

I personally would worry if grafic is at 100%. Why should it be?

Compare the actual output of the benchmarks. Is it running fine, is it like other results etc

That would indicate a CPU bottleneck if it was running at 100%. 50% is perfectly normal.

Also keep in mind this is game and app dependent. Some are more CPU or GPU intensive than others.
No a GPU should be running at 95-100% if it isn't that means the CPU is holding it back.

A YouTube video it's framerate isn't because of your PC. It's simply the video being at a high framerate, this does not mean your PC will also be able to have those framerates, when rendering a 3D model.

What you experience could be normal.

The frame rates of the youtube video is my build being tested saying that it runs at 60 fps with specific games

Yeah no, CPU bottleneck would be the GPU having low usage, not high, since it isn't receiving enough information from the CPU.
I can't help you from here, I'm afraid. You need to have someone at your PC to figure this out for you. Someone tech savvy.

The Rx 570 should easily hit %100 ^ usage if your res is at least 1080p, use msiafterburner to monitor usage during gaming.

Make sure vsync is off and you should hit %100 usage.

Errr, don't know if you muddled your words up there, but that's not how it works.
CPU bottleneck would cause the GPU to have lower usage, because the CPU can't provide instructions fast enough, which results in the GPU 'waiting.'
What is called a 'GPU Bottleneck' is where the GPU is at 99-100%.

Can your friend possibly be mistaken?

Does your friend have the exact same system as you?
Doesn't matter, hardware is designed to act a certain way. If it doesn't theres an issue.
50% usage (without an FPS cap) is bad.

Messaggio originale di Muppet among Puppets:
Did you use the test that is meant to bring gpu to 100%?
That's kinda the point of stress tests, they push hardware as hard they can..

I think he said that he watches videos ti see how his computer should perform.

Because Youtube only has a 60fps limit, so I don't see how he could get 100fps in a youtube video.

Compare the test result

How do I compare? I have the result as a link.
Install MSI Afterburner / HWInfo and watch the behaviour (Clock and Memory Speed, Voltage) of your card during stress test. Compare your results with the advertised values.
Did you tinker with your bios settings? Are you using PCI-E 3.0 x16?
