Best fan configuration for thermaltake level 20vt?

Right now I have 2 140mm on the left side and 2 120mm on the right side on the top

they are all pulling air out and exiting on the top of the case

Then I have 1 140mm behind the CPU fan exiting as well

bottom and front intake
top and rear exhaust

the label/motor wire side of the fan is exhaust, blade side is intake

Generally, front should always be intake while the top and rear are exhaust. If bottom is applicable, bottom are intake as well for GPU airflow.
