Red dots flickering all around screen
I got an Sapphire RX 570 DVI-D only (mb mining version) and a Zowie XL2411, when i conected it to the new display via DVI-D at 144hz, its showing red dots / pixels all around the screen flickering. Is the problem cable or GPU?

Sounds like artifacting, which means dying gpu. Or if its overclocked, setting it to stock speeds may fix it.

It is on stock, but 3 days ago i used atikmdag. I dont know what is the problem. On my old 60hz monitor everything was fine

Open Radeon app. Go to performance and then tuning. Switch to manual. Drop the frequency on states 6 and 7 to match state 5.

Do the dots go away?

DUCK! You're being targeted by snipers! ;)

Always start by testing the cheapest component first, try switching the cable.
