High GPU usage by "csrss.exe" and "dwm.exe" even when idle.
Anyone having same issues lately? Mostly dwm.exe.

My operating windows:
Windows 10 Pro

My Software(Important ones):
Nvidia Experice
Windows Defender
Malvarebytes

Hardware:
Geforce GTX 1070
I9 - 9900
16GB of DDR4 RAM 3200Hz

If anything else helps just ask. But i would love any solution or if you have same issues. I noticed it while my games went from 100+ FPS to barely 40 ... This happens even if idle, the issue started happening out of nowhere four days ago or so. After closing it program resets, do a some weird stuff with my windows and then its everything to normal. Any idea? Thank you in advance! Cheers!

Odd how? This is what allows Aero to work in Windows OS, which will always peg your gpu slightly.

I had this problem in my rig with Intel CPU, and I found a way to prevent dwm.exe from consuming excessive amount of system resource.

All you should do is reboot the system as soon as the computer completely boots up.

It must be an Intel based problem, cause I have never encountered such a thing while using an AMD CPU.

Why would you need to reboot?
Simply go to Task Manager > Processes > Desktop Window Manager > Stop
Once it's stopped, restart that service.
