[SOLVED] What's a good alternative to MSI Afterburner?
I've been trying for 4 hours to make Stellaris run because it was always crashing on startup until I closed MSI Afterburner. Started up like nothing wrong happened. So I need something else, but I still need some of Afterburner's features.
Is there any app that allows me to adjust my GPU's fan speed in any way? I have an MSI GAMING X GTX 1060 if it helps. Thanks!

That doesn't have to do anything with MSI AB as it doesn't affect games anyhow. Your problem is this thing having problems with RTSS injection. Just add the app executable to RTSS, set detection level to "none" and you're good to go, RTSS will ignore this app.

its more likely rivatuner settings that are causing the issues. tweak the settings before you give up.

these are the settings i use and have never had any problems with them

I actually never knew you could do that, I only used it to cap my framerate. Thank you so much!

I also use it to cap framerate. No frame limiter ever gives experience as smooth as RTSS.
Happy gaming mate!
