IIRC, Turbo models use blower style cooling, which are garbage. That's why it's cheap.
Well, if in your area the problem is that the more powerful the card you get, the more you get ripped off, might as well go with the weaker card to get ripped off less.
$1,072.17 AUD
That is the dearest one actually available locally. We have a one dedicated PC part store only and its very costly to have them shipped in.

I have found an Asus Turbo RTX2060 6GB for $552.80.
My limit is $500 max, but I am wondering your opinion on whether it would be worth waiting another month or two to get that? From the specs I have seen it is FAR more superior than the 1660?
BUT I know my Ryzen3 will cause a bottleneck so how much of the GPU would I be actually accessing anyway in the immediate? (may get a better CPU later but for now I want to stick to Ryzen3 specs)
also https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-2060-6GB-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1660/4034vs4038 2060 is a lot better card then the 1660, even the 1660 TI won't even come near it
1660 runs amazing, thanks for help!
