steam -> settings -> controller -> [chord]
bind a key to screenshot
press guide + key to use it
My link explains exactly how to do all of that.
As many are still unfamiliar with BigPictureMode and how to configure ANY controllers in there. It will also save your config to your account and via a game-by-game basis.
This method can also be used for non-Steam-Games added to Steam Client or even Games that use Keyboard/Mouse only.
anytime the x/ps button is held it uses it
good for games that need occasional k/m inputs to work, or bind to media keys if you listen to music while playing games
thanks for that
You'll have to press guide button plus another button to take the screenshot, unless your controller has a gyroscope. With the gyroscope you can set it to take a screenshot by holding down the guide button and moving the controller.
