EVGA 1080Ti sc2 low fps high memory mhz and gpu temperature
Hello! A problem has occurred and I don't know what the solution is!
my video card gpu temperature and memory mhz bounce up and down.
has anyone encountered such a problem?

the memory clock mhz:5508mhz, and 810mhz.
Gpu Clock mhz:139mhz and 1405mhz.
Gpu Voltage: 650mv and 769mv
Gpu Temperature: 90° 86° 88° 92°

These values are also shown at idle.

At load there is an image, no flicker and no dark image. Only low fps.

games have very low fps 15 max.

A mechanic suggested it stuck in the memory and ina chip 3221 is therefore responsible.

If this is really the case someone please confirm it! Thanks for everybody!

90 at idle? If you're hitting 90C at idle you're overheating which means the cooler is likely loose or not making contact with the chip, if you're measuring in Fahrenheit you're fine. Else, one or more of the fans is failing to start and you can use Precision XOC in order to control the fans manually to ensure they're functioning properly, or use that software to create a temperature vs fan speed profile.

You're certain the GPU Load is as close to 0% the entire time you see this? Depending on the tool you use, it could have accuracy issues.

the refrigerator is perfectly connected however, these values bounce and it is as if the memory is stuck, under load, the card fan spins up.

here the video does this at idle as well.

post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here

and make sure the display is plugged into the gpu not the mobo

Contact EVGA for an RMA in your region.

If the fans are at full speed and you're still 90C, either the load on the GPU (if any) is too high, or there's an issue with the cooler/fans. to emphasize again, if this is 90C at idle even if you put the fans at 100% manually, contact EVGA for an RMA.

This link will show you which office you may contact for your manufacturer:

in this case I don't have the card, I sent it for testing, in the meantime I'm trying to gather information on what might be causing this problem.

A youtube gpu mechanic suggested that the ina chip 3221 controller is faulty.
what do you think about this?

I hope you sent it in for testing to a reputable company and not a random person that'll likely steal it. Or the actual manufacturer.

I trust there will be no problem with it, I would not leave it at that! we're talking to the guy I handed over the part to.

90f is very cold
90c is hot, but not too hot, worry at 100c

Why? I mean max offset is 92°C and it will down lock to hold this temp. If you reach 92°C like op and it down clocks to 200mhz whatever to prevent overheating its bad already. It will never reach 100°C

@op you sure fans are spinning at all? does your fans speed changes if you change it in pecision x?

Wipe the drivers via the ddu app an via Windows safe mode.

Remove gpu from the system and clean it inside and out.

Yes! the problem was solved the memories under dirt were cleaned with a bad product.
and this caused the problem and was then purified with isopropyl alcohol flowing under the memories and the result remedied the problem.
