Best QoS routers with DSCP Marking support?

Hey all, so with the whole work from home crunch and crappy American ISP's I am in the need of something with proper, functional, and fully featured QoS ability. My main issue is upstream (limited to 10mbps) though I also would like downstream as well. I would like to be able to configure this on a per machine/MAC basis, a per port/program basis, and on a per data type/802.1p/DSCP marking basis. All three of those are needed functional as I need to prioritize on port for multiple external facing servers, I want to prioritize by machine to green-light all connections to the dedicated work computer, and I need to be able to prioritize zoom (DSCP only) for my S/O...

I have been using an ancient but 100% reliable netgear wireless N-600 unit since about 2013, and it has done great, but it lacked any types of newer QoS ability such as the mentioned Taging using 802.1p/DSCP that is now used by services such as Zoom.

I have a Linksys on hand and thought I would try it, and it also lack the ability.

Tonight I (stupidly) bought a brand new Router, an AC2600 Nighthawk thinking that being a new unit with top end speeds and advertising QoS as a major feature (in this case targeted at gamers) it would have fully modern QoS but again, seems to have nothing better than Port/MAC shaping alread in the AC1200 linksys and the ~2013 era N600 unit.

Now I have turned to google, and cant seem to find anything in terms of modern wright ups on QoS outside of the commercial space. Anything new is about commercial grade, and anything related to consumer class is old tech using the same port/mac methods.

What is a good, feature rich, sub-$300 USD router (with no monthly fees) that will feature full QoS ability both up and down stream to solve my conundrum?...

(please note, no, faster net is not an option, and no, I am not interested in trying to run a PFSense box or the likes, I just want a reliable router that will last me another decade like my last one *and* supports the newest QoS policies available)

qos is only really needed on slower connections, where you need to prioritize data for devices that need low ping while other devices are using lots of bulk data

which is exactly my case.

Upload restricted to 10mbps

Have public facing 24/7 servers for services x3 with one being data heavy and two being ~1mbps constant ping sensitive.

Have daily work using VPN and RDP, with video confrencing on Teams.

S/O has 2-3x weekly Zoom meetings.

I have been able to get my work machine and the servers setup for QoS using Ports or by clearing a whole machine via MAC (for the work machine) but we are still running into issues durring the 2-3 times weekly that she uses Zoom as nothing respects the DSCP taging zoom uses, and we dont want to white-list the whole machine via MAC.

So, yes, it is for slow connections. 10Mbps is pretty slow when shared out to that much.

I need a router that will provide full QoS and let me more reasonably manage my limited upload.

Maybe you will get better results at a networking based forum.
My speeds are not so great also, so using pfsense.
