Need help with Steam Controller settings for Warzone (streaming from XBOX One)

Hello everyone!

I am completely new to using steam and the steam controller, and i know it has been discontinued but i bought one (not recieved it yet, its in the post) because it seems like it provides a much better experience playing a FPS than the XBOX One controller.

I am streaming the game from the XBOX to my windows PC via the console companion app which works perfectly, and i guess the controller will work too once i get it.. i am following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wttt9E1o6-0&t=197s

I want to ask if anybody has any ready set up Steam controller configurations for Warzone on XBOX? It would save me a lot of time mapping all the buttons and finding the best setup, and would be hugely appreciated!!

add the xbox remote app as a non steam game
map the steam controller for that game as default xbox controls

use steam to launch the xbox app

Thanks! I will be doing this as soon as i get the steam controller.

However I'm thinking the most time consuming part will be setting the controller up specifically for Warzone. Getting the trackpad/D-pad setup to be really good. Maybe somebody has these kind of setups ready to go that can be loaded into the steam controller as a configuration file?

if its playing off the xbox you should not need to adjust any of the controller settings
