Geforce Experience turning off Instant Replay
I like to save and edit some gaming moments with Instant Replay, which is the feature that allows you to save the footage of 5 (or however long you set) minutes of your recent gameplay.

However lately I've been pressing the save footage hotkey to no avail only to discover Instant Replay is turned off.

I simply don't use it often enough to check if it's on every time I launch a game and it grinds my gears to no end that it just disables itself for no reason whatsoever.

Anyone had the same issue? Any advice appreciated!

You are probably allowing auto updates. Disable that and always handle OS and driver update yourself.

I update manually, but I didn't know updates disable the setting. And pretty sure it happened in between updates as well.
Either way gonna chack, thanks for the tip!

it's been going on for a while apparently. and I checked it has nothing to do with updates. it just turns off randomly

Yes. No idea why and Nvidia don't answer their feedback.
