what is wrong with my bluetooth keyboards

i had a logitech k480 bluetooth keyboard. i used it for 2 years and there were no issues. after that when i was using the keyboard then the connection would suddenly cut and i had to switch the keyboard off and on. also sometimes the button presses used to hang. for example i am playing a game and i am controlling a character in the game and i pressed up for a bit then the character moved forward a lot instead of a bit. also twice the keyboard buttons on the laptop became unresponsive because of the bluetooth keyboard. the first time i think i activated accessibility option by mistake i pressed and held shift on the bluetooth keyboard for the bit. the second time i was changing the batteries of the keyboard while the laptop was restarting and i pressed spacebar to get the textbox to type in the password but after that i could no longer type anything on both keyboards

also i had an old microsoft universal mobile keyboard (P2Z00006) sitting in my drawer for 2 years and then i took it out of the drawer and i connected it to the electricity for the whole night so it charges and then i linked it to my laptop the next day. i used it for a bit and i left the cover open and after 20 minutes the keyboard pressed [ on its own and it kept on pressing it and it stopped pressing the button when i closed the lid

why did both bluetooth keyboards behave like that? were they malfunctioning?

Personally I rarely use wireless and when I do, only dedicated dongle. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cannot stand bluetooth.

Seriously though, have you paired anything recently to the laptop? I know bluetooth wifi adapters will cause this but you would have noticed this a long time ago.

can also be drivers, get the correct driver for the bt dongle, and make sure it (or its antenna) is far away from the pc case

i am not using a usb dongle and i paired both keyboards directly to the laptop. first i was using the logitech one for 2 years and the other one was in the drawer for 2 years. i got issues with the logitech one and i unpaired it and i paired the other one and i also got issues in it. i dont know. i think that the circuits in both keyboards are damaged
