i just saw on amazon cellphones and i think there is no today's windows cellphone OS! i feel like awaking frome the older days. i am sorry. i think i wont upgrade my cellphone made by huawei. dont get me wrong and have a nice day.

only arm devices with uefi are raspberry pi, rockpro64 and other industrial boards/server that are too expensive
you'll be dead long ago before they re-release (or even think re-releasing) a smartphone with uefi on it

No. Windows Phones have all been retired along with the OS.
It's proved obsolete. iOS or Android from around 2018 onward has proved much better.
Or look for Linux compatible phones.
That model of Huawei that you have; it can be rooted and have Linux put onto it.
