Lost windows 7 product key

Since the last few days I have the following problem. I want to reinstall my windows 7 professional. Logicial I want to write down my product key first but it's not in the registry. The key is still active otherwise I couldn't use windows so the key is not invalid or something like that. Foolishly there isn't a note on the housing and I have no CD or DVD. I have already tried many key-finding-programs and cmd-commands but nothing worked. May someone help me to find the key?

Run SPECCY > http://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
Download the Portable ZIP version.
Extract and run it.
and then click on Operating System
You can highlight the text with your mouse and the copy + paste your Product Key (works for Microsoft Office as well, if installed)

Then paste your Key(s) into a text file, put some info next to any Key(s) for reference so you know what OS edition, Owner, System that goes with.

Then store that text file in safe place, or print it out for hard-copy records.

I always keep my keys in a cloud file system like Google Drive or One Drive. That way, I can't lose them and I can view them from my tablet or mobile.

I think Microsoft will know the PC has been activated before and just accept that.
Possibly even more so if you use the Microsoft Live login thingy.

I tried out this program and I got the last five numbers of the key. It says:
00371-OEM-9310976-51044 (Key: ends with QBVFP)e
Maybe you have an idea how I can see the whole key?

Thats not the Key. Thats the Serial Number.
Try out Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder. I use it everytime.

I know that this is the product-ID. I mean that:
(Key: ends with QBVFP)e

Is this a real or a wrong part of my product key and how I can see the whole key?

I already tried many programs like Jelly Bean Keyfinder and everytime it says:

There is vulnerabilities in all systems these days. Nothing is 100% secure. In any case, my One Drive is more secure than most people's Microsoft accounts. I have enabled all of the security features and my account is not tied to a Microsoft email address.

I will (and I have before) received email's about my account if an attempt is made to access the account from an unknown device or via a different IP address.

I don't store deeply personal information in my One Drive or Google Drive, so even if they were compromised, the effects would be limited anyway.
