May be due to mobo not supporting the timings of the RAM,
But your processor does not support up to 3200 mhz RAM,
Your CPU supports up to 2933MHz RAM
you need to create your own RAM "overclocking" profile if you want maximum performance
if you don't have time to make the best mode for your ram then do it that way
2933MHz 15-17-17-35
I'm not good at overclocking the ram, I took it from the same ram model but with a lower clock speed
it looks at a dimm and reads its spd/xmp profile to set freq, voltage and timings
it does not overclock ram, it overclocks the imc on the cpu
amd/intel rate the imc at 2133-2666, but they are more than capable of reaching 4000+
