This a desktop, or a laptop?
From what my guess either there a really bad driver crash, or power issue.
The screen turns black and my desktop fan light turns off, then both of them turn on by itself. There is no blue screen at all.

That is everything I bought to build my PC. It says the PSU it is using.
It's possible might be video driver issue, use DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" in windows safe mode, and use the recommended option only, then manually download your video driver from Nvidia, and install, and test, if you know a certain driver version that was working fine before use that instead.
For PSU, just ensure the wires are plug in securely.
I don't know how to change the setting of overclocking, how do I know if my PC is set to overclocking? The one that built my PC did everything.
I forgot to mention before the audio it used to come up notification that it unplugged and plugged in, unplugged over and over and turned off notification for that. Sometimes when I am playing for a short time the audio goes and comes and then works normal.
