Apple Airpods microphone does not work on Mac in Dota2 and CS:GO

On Mac OS last version (and previous too) Big Sur 11.1 Apple Airpods (Pro and other simple versions) microphone does not work on Mac in Dota2 and CS:GO correctly. When you try to speak (typing key for speaking), games (and Dota and CS:Go) are freezing for 4-5 seconds and sound sounds strange. In Dota2 same problem with sound are in settings menu, when you go in «Sound» tab.

I would like to play in Airpods. It's comfortable and native on Mac. Please, fix it.

Better go to the forum "Steam for Mac", nobody better than them to solve an issue with MacOS and AirPods (which is weird to use them for gaming, so yeah someone there will be using it too)
