First mistake, build a pc.
It's not that simple. Taking desktop to train, plane or on a trip is not really an option. Several viable reasons for owning a laptop.
But op, that given laptop does run quite hot by default. From advanced power settings you can disable turbo by setting maximum processor state to 99%. That will decrease CPU temps and disables boosting (decreases cpu performance too). Maybe worth of trying, if everything else fails.
Have you cleaned your laptop from dust? Sometimes you have to open the whole case to do so effectively. Rest depends on do you have warranty or not.
You're allowed to open your Laptop to clean it out or replace HDD/SSD, RAM etc, as long as you don't break anything in the process. I did so on mine plenty of times. But make sure you don't sell or throw away the hardware you replaced, incase you need to RMA the system.
Yes, that's true. I was thinking about re-applying thermal paste, which under warranty I'd not do myself.
But also there are other factors which can effect on this
I am just not sure whether I undervolted correctly as there are no improvement after it
Guess repasting is the only option now
