For some reason after extended use my TV connected to my Razer Blade 15 starts to flicker

So my laptop screen does not flicker but after prolonged use for some reason my tv which is connected to my HDMI begins to flicker. I confirmed its not the HDMI as I used different cords.

Again the laptop monitor is perfectly fine.

For some odd reason it does not do this when I play or go into FFXIV Online.

Other then that it starts to go out and flicker like crazy on my TV. Again when playing FFXIV this does not happen. Not sure whats going on.

EDIT: I went into Advanced Display settings and changed it from 60 hertz to 30k it stopped flickering but when I set it back to 60,000 hertz its stopped flickering what is producing this problem?

60hz means it's transmitting twice as much data than when at 30hz. As you've tried different leads I'd suspect it's a HDMI port. Could be the port on the laptop or the TV. As you likely only have 1 HDMI port on the laptop try using a different one on the TV.

Then:

DO NOT use GPU Drivers from Windows Updates or from the system makers.
Always wipe those out with the DDU App via Safe Mode. Reboot without any Network connection (download your GPU Driver first from Intel, NVIDIA, AMD; firstly). Then run the installer for the GPU Driver(s) you downloaded and follow the instructions; reboot when down.

If the Laptop has Intel + NVIDIA GPUs together; you must configure all of your screens resolution and refresh rate via the Intel Graphics software. Some TVs are extremely picky which refresh rate you have set.
