AMD a10 7700k Overclock desde BIOS

Ayudaaaaa, me paso que cambie a Windows 10 y se me actualizaron todos los drivers y desde entonces el AMD Overdrive no me deja aumentar a mas de 3,8Ghz y al hacer la auto afinación se me tilda el pc y no logra pasar de 3,8 y desde BIOS cuando lo hago se me crashea Windows con el error " :( ".
mi placa madre es la ASRock FM2A68M-HD+ que configuración debería hacer desde BIOS o que programa recomiendan?
antes lograba poner el reloj hasta 4,2 sin problemas pero ahora ya no me lo permite el catalyst, y desde BIOS no puedo exceder del 3,8 porque ya se me crashea.

get a better cpu/mobo/ram combo
instead of trying to oc the fm2 apu

the mobo is too weak for overclocking
no vrm cooling (will throttle when the mosfets for the cpu are hot)

if you want to try to oc it
in bios, disable cool&quiet and c states

basic rules
cool + stable = raise cpu multi
cool + unstable = raise vcore by .05v step or smaller
hot + stable = lower vcore
hot + unstable = go back to last stable and stop

test with prime95 blend for 10min
watch temps and core clocks with hwmonitor

max temp of the fx based apu is 62-72c
aim for 60c max when overclocking to give some headroom when it gets dusty or a fan fails

then you can enable cool&quiet and c states so it will throttle when idle
