PC shuts down and makes buzzing noise in headphones?
My PC would just shut down while i’m in the middle of using it and there would be buzzing noises coming from my headset and it’ll restart by itself after 15-20 seconds.
The CPU would make noises as well after the buzzing sounds end

This has happened a few times already, how do I fix this and what’s the problem?

Sounds like a typical dead motherboard problem.

Sounds more like the PSU can't handle the systems load.

Re-install sound drivers

Wipe the audio drivers fully and then test the system with no audio and see how it does. New PSU doesn't mean it's good, or good enough. Both of which are two different things.

if its shutdown and making noises, its a hardware issue
either psu or mobo/sound card

how does a CPU make any Sound?

if its sound loop, the os crash the sound buzz can be the sound card looping the sound buffer

update bios, get the latest drivers from the mfg site or chipset maker, not windows update
