what if rename my cpu serial no..will it remove my warranty

As a rule of thumb, nothing you can do with software will void the warranty of your hardware. Unless you're using some manufacturer tools that actually write new data to hardware instead of spoofing.

so u r telling me that if u use spoofing tool my products still be in warranty

If it's a spoofing tool, yes. If it's some manufacturer-internal low-level tool, then no. But those are really hard to come by.

ok i need to change my hwid (u know why i want to do this) so tell me a way how do i do that by keeping my warranty safe

Last time I checked, Valorant had kernel-level AC stuff (some people might call it a rootkit, I am not inclined to protest this categorization). Meaning you can't spoof that, you have to actually set stuff inside the very hardware which AFAIK voids the warranty.
