Computer gets exceptionally loud only during certain moments during league of legends.
Basically what the titles says. This NEVER happens in any other more hardware demanding games. When I start up league and when loading into the match, my computer were get really loud and then quiet back down 15 seconds or so after either the league client is loaded and when the game is loaded. Wondering if I can get rid of the loud noise somehow

Your CPU may be getting hot and demanding more fan cooling which brings up the fans RPM's and that means more noise. Once the demand is no longer there the fans slows down, which makes your computer noise go down. This means your computer is doing its job. If you do not like this noise then you may need to look into either getting more fans for inside your computer or another cooling system. Games place a huge demand on GPU's and CPU's especially if you are a host computer or multi player gaming.

I don't see why then the noise would be there for like 15 seconds during league of legends, which can run on some 10 year old laptop, but quiet the whole time during something like gta v or battlefield v
What's the loud noise sound like? A fan? What are temperatures? Uncapped frame rate causing full GPU load leading to coil whine?

No idea as League of Legends doesn't do that for me while loading client or game itself across nearly half a dozen PCs, nor is it that demanding.

Might be that when in menu/loading you outputting some stupid amount of frames and fans rump up. You should really start with providing your pc specs, download msi afterburner and he monitor and turn on in game overlay, you can set it up so it shows temps and fan speeds. Monitor those while game is loading/starting.

Quick check would be limiting your FPS to your refresh rate in Nvidia or and control panels to check if that solves the issue

I am not exactly sure but I think it is either the fan or the ssd? The noise to me though sounds like a fan spinning really fast.

SSDs don't have moving parts, so it cant be that.

Get a kitchen roll tube, or make one out of an A4 sheet of paper. Listen for where the sound comes from inside the PC with it, it should help finding it easier.

Make sure to monitor your temps to make they're <70c.
And an FPS limiter (like RTSS) could be used to limit FPS to see if it stops this sound, in the event that it's coil whine, this would be the only fix short of desoldering the indicators.
