install all chipset drivers and reboot as needed.
install gpu driver and reboot.
install steam's pre-requisite programs and reboot (directx 9.0c, visual C++)
---
if crashes still occur, post at proper game forum.

Try updating sound drivers, windows update may have replaced them with microsoft generic.

Delete the csgo.exe file and run validation to replace it, also make sure in file properties compatibility mode is unchecked and also uncheck run as admin if applicable.

If csgo is the only thing giving trouble its unlikely to be the gpu, if it was then csgo would not be the only thing affected.

It is a hardware fault, start at beginning. Update bios, chipset drivers, sound, network and gpu etc. (i know you already did some so not all may be needed).

Check temps on cpu and gpu and run a system file checker on windows system files.

After that its just a matter of testing ram, psu, cpu and drives etc.
