Equalizer APO + Peace stopped working after last Windows update

My problem centres around the title.

At first I thought it'd be like any other Windows update, regular protocol: Reinstall Equalizer APO and it'll be back working again, but this time it seems to not have been resolved. I have also checked to have all software on latest stable builds.

I also checked to redownload Equalizer APO on additional options, SFX/EFX etc.

This is where I'm on my last resort after simply waiting for information and asking Steam Forums for solutions.

Stop doing Windows 10 updates until they've been out for a few months.
This helps ensure enough time for Drivers and Apps to catch up with their own updates.
Once you get Win10 to a certain point of updates, turn it off 100% via Group Policy or an app like ShutUp10. You can check online every so often of what is going on with Win10 updates and read up on them and the various feedback from folks who test them and such before you yourself ever do a blind taste test of such updates.
