50 GB premium data on most Unlimited Verizon higher end plans what does it mean exactly?
I was told by Verizon it only counts on congested towers is that true ? Guessing not. I really did not believe them. Could be totally wrong though.

My point is that way if your not on a congested tower the 50 GB of premium data won't be used at all. Do not see how it would work like that but I been wrong before.

What it means is

The "Premium" is a SOFT Data Cap so its POSSIBLE for your speeds to be lowered in times of high tower usage after using 50GB within a month, so your speeds may or may not lower depending on how congested your towers are after you use 50GB.

make more sense?
