For me, windows pretty much only for games.
Some basic web browsing when necessary, to maybe download drivers.
I use firefox and use the ublock origin, https everywhere and noscript add ons.
For everything else, well there is linux.
So for me the basic windows firewall/antivirus setup is fine.

any games,software or programs.very small footprint.set it and forget it.
