AMD freesync
Does anyone recommend turning this to the one position compared to the AMD optimized setting? Just curious cause I have been experiencing sceeen tweaking and stuttering in my game.

I dont know what you exactly mean with "one position", but I can confirm that some games do have a problem with "AMD optimized"-settings and FreeSync wont run to your convience.

Its recommended to create a gaming profile for each game and to turn FreeSync on. (not on optimized)

My main monitor's a 3840x1080 144Hz monitor and I leave it at 144Hz, usually, after I've installed a newer driver, I'd see that Freesync has been enabled in Adrenalin control panel. Same goes for my 3440x1440 75Hz monitor.....

I find FreeSync to be garbage, I personally leave it off and just vsync to the monitors refresh rate and be done with it.

Not all monitors work well with freesync, check monitor reviews for what info they have on yours.

all gsync monitors can work with freesync

but not all freesync displays will work with gsync

freesync and gsync work best on displays with very high refresh rate and the gpu cant keep up
on 60hz dipslays its pointless as it will just slow the refresh rate down
on 144+hz its good since it will drop to what the gpu can output
At least amd optimuzed only works in very few games on windows.
Dont get me started on linux where it is only supported on opengl but almost everything is vulkan...
