is $220USD for i5 8600k and a Z370 mobo too cheap?

from a sellers perspective is this a fair price or 2 low from ebay ive seen parts going for 150 for the cpu and around 100 for the motherboard but i kinda dont want to resort to selling it on ebay as there is a chance someone will try to scam you

getting k cpus used is kinda risky, you never know how far someone tried to oc it
but the later intels are better about throttling before any damage is done, even without a cooler

9600k and z board new will only be about $50 more, may save some hassle if the ebay combo doesnt work

wouldnt ppl will try to scam u though like certain % maybe after they received it they will post something absurd like broken capacitors but then again u have ur own pictures to prove that u didnt scam them tbh i already had an offer at 220 for it which i honestly dont mind though i will b losing $ 40 if i do sell it on ebay
