Hello i was wondering is SeaSonic's S12III 550w 80+ Bronze enough for RX 5500XT 8gb gpu, and should i go with:

RX 5500XT 8GB used for 140-150euros

RTX 2060 6GB used for 230-250 euros

or

RX 5600XT 6GB used for 190-210 euros

Okay, I saw on one site that S12III is really bad for 5500xt, 2060 or 5600xt just want to confirm that it is not that bad, and are 5600xt and 2060 worth it bcs i want to play games only at medium or maybe sometimes low or medium-high and i dont need 60+ fps all of the time and i think 5500xt is worth like 130 euros bcss i can find it new for 260 to 400 euros new, and here gpu's used are -50% of the price or -40% of the price of the new one.

What resolution are you playing at? Both cards I mentioned should get 60fps Ultra 1080p. Assuming your CPU is fine.

S12 iii is not the best, but will be fine with 2060 or 5600.

Seasonic make some of the best consumer PSU's on the market. The S12III however, is not one of them. While not dangerous, I sure wouldn't go using one in anything other than a budget home office build.

Look at the "Tier C • Recommended for cheap mid/low-end systems" PSU list.
I would avoid those listed as low priority units.

CoolerMaster MWE White 600W for 65 euros,

Chieftec ELP-700S 700W Element for 64 euros,

Corsair VS650W for 79 euros,

There are more but idk that brands so i will not post them.

If the Coolermaster MWE 600W is V2 and not V1, then that is the one I would go for. If it is a V1 then all three and the S12III are all Tier D. While Tier D PSU's are not considered dangerous, they are low quality and lacking features (efficiency, protection, clean/stable power delivery etc).

If it's all you can afford then it's all you can afford, but I would advise saving up for a Tier C PSU if you can.

V2 is 79 euros, so will it be ok for 5700 xt too, bcs now i build like pc for 800 euros (will never afford it, just for fun) and i have chosen:
Ryzen 5 3600 used for 165 euros
B550M-DS3H rev 1.0 for 95 euros
2x8gb 3200MHz memory for 88 euros
RX 5700XT used for 270 euros
Raidmax F01 for 50 euros
Adata XPG SX6000 Pro 256 GB NVME for 52 euros
Coolermaster MWE 600W is V2 for 80 euros (as u said u would go with it)

And lol it's right 800euros ahahha

I do not have time to go through all the details and I will confess I am no electrical expert.

That said the main reason I would not get an S12III is that it does not have OTP (Over Temperature Protection) or OCP (Over Current Protection).

As I said in an earlier post, Tier D PSUs are lacking when it comes to efficiency, protection, clean/stable power delivery etc. I will also state that I highly doubt a Tier D PSU is capable of outputting its rated wattage.

If you do use such a PSU, at the very least use a surge protector rated high enough to handle the load of your PC, or better yet get a Tier C PSU.
