How can I get sound from my pc to my ps4 controller headphone jack

Make sure the DS4 is the sound output device.

Click speaker Icon on taskbar and select DS4 as playback device.

You can set it as default device so it is always used when you have DS4 connected,
Right click speaker on your taskbar and select sounds. Then select DS4 and set as default

well it had been a while since i last did it but it appears i cannot get it working now.. all evidence online points to needing the official adapter for sound over bluetooth when connected to pc but i'm positive i had it working with just a regular BT adapter

I plug with micro USB cable but still not working, I set the volume to the highest,

Afaik its work easily via micro usb cable, for bt i heard only works with official sony dualshock bt dongle
