SOLVED (YOU DON"T NEED TO REPLY): Can my pc run VR (the VR test is broken)?
*sigh* I really want to play VR, but I'm not even going to touch the Oculus Quest, with all the shenanigans Facebook is pulling, and I'm not at the place where I can buy a new PC right now.
I want to know if my pc will be able to handle VR. I tried SteamVR Test, and it was using my dinky intel HD graphics instead my AMD Radeon.
Here are my specs:
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Intel Core I7 processor (4-cores, 2.6GHZ Standard speed, 3.5GHZ Turbo)
AMD Radeon R9 M375 (4GB)

SteamVR test and the Valve Index test said my memory and processor is fantastic, so I'm really just asking about the graphics card.

laptop most likely not be any good for vr
mobile gpus are much weaker than similar model desktop gpus

a gtx 1660 is about the minimum for vr
r9 m370x is nowhere near it

It's worth noting that my PC is a laptop (the LENOVO Ideapad Y700 14Isk)
Its broken because your gpu is too weak.
Unfortunately your GPU is not good enough for VR.

Uh. It's broken because it's testing my Intel HD graphics card, instead of the Radeon graphics card.
I think I I said that already...

Ah, that's not what I wanted to hear. I guess I'll have to settle for PSVR :(

PSVR have more pixel than Oculus Quest.
Thats a mid-range laptop for low demanding games and HD media; nothing more.
It's barely capable of playing latest games, no it can't handle VR.

But VR on Playstation is a joke at best and the FPS is aweful.
VR must have a good stable FPS or most people will get sick.

It is not that bad if you like this game. Like I said, PS VR have more pixel than Oculus Quest, because PS VR is lower resolution. Also, make claim something against Facebook is ridiculous because I noticed too many people didn't follow a rule and they are private company.

Oculus is never happening for me. Not with what Facebook is doing.
HTC is coming out with a stand-alone headset, I hear, so fingers crossed about that.

Well, I reviewed everything on the internet and doesn't find anything what Facebook did wrong.

They require you to hold an active Facebook account--not just sign up for one, but have a preexisting one "in good standing" that you use consistently. You need to use your real name or your account might be closed (your headset and game library will be permanently lost), with no appeals program.
These are things they lied would never happen.
And that's not to mention the amount of times Facebook's gotten into trouble over privacy issues, and creepy psychological experiments they play on their customers...

Which part is confusing? maybe I can rephrase it.
