And that's perfectly fine.
1) Set your CPU fans in Bios to run 100% at 60C & at 50% at 40C.
2) Have the case setup where you have a good airflow, regardless of configuration.
3) High CFM case fans that move air not idle dead. Set case fans like CPU fans.

To anyone that finds this thread: Just go use the computer. Don't worry about temps at all unless the computer is actually shutting it's self off when playing games.
it's nice to idle them at like 30-50... but that's just for w.e and probably TBH the thermal cycling is worse than just letting them sit at 60ish.
my 4070k has been sitting from 40-60c depending on how clean I've kept the cooler for over a decade and it's still rockin... generally I just try to keep em below 80 for good measure, but that's me.
