My keyboard (SteelSeries Apex 3) is a little broken

When pressing "O" and "P" at the same time, my "A" key is not working then. But if I hold "P" and "L", then "A" key works. Does anybody know why?

Sounds like the keyboard is ghosting.

SS description of ghosting:

Keyboard ghosting is when a single keystroke or several keystrokes are "lost" due to the inability of a keyboard to process simultaneous signals that come natural to many gamers. The SteelSeries Apex M800, M500, and 6Gv2 keyboard support as many simultaneous key presses as there are keys on the keyboard due to their unique design and technology.

On their site they describe the anti-ghosting for the Apex 3 as 'gaming grade'. I presume that means the anti-ghosting only applies to keys that are generally considered 'gaming keys'.

But thinking more on it, I would have expected 'A' to work and the 'non-gaming key' ghosted...
So unless something else is up, I guess it's this: gaming keys are distinct from each other but not from non-gaming keys.
