Help needed: new gpu goes 100% when using VLC player
Hello friends,

I've just installed my new EVGA RTX 3070 successfully and everything seems fine. But when I watch videos on VLC player my GPU goes to 100% performance.

Can somebody please tell me how to change that? There is no need at all for my gpu to go to full performance mode while watching videos with VLC.
