It sort of worked for me, fixed for a short period (5minutes) and then carried on again...
same thing here

I also had this issue on specifics games like Overwatch or COD Warzone where the right click doesn't seems to hold and seems to stutter. I read online that this is a common issue with logitech and razer mouse. Apparently blowing into your mouse will fix this (I didn't believed it at first but it actually solve it for me). You can read it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/6j1sv6/razers_mouse_double_clicking_problem/

The answer: Logitech Mice do this as well. There's a trick to try and fix it:
The toggle switch that operates the 'button' sometimes gets a static charge buildup. To help release it, breath a few breaths into the gap between the button and the base of the mouse (the slit that allows the button to move and 'click'). The humidity in your breath will usually dissipate the static buildup and the button will stop double clicking- most of the time. I repaired a Logitech G602 using this method, it might work on the Razer mice as well.

*Note- it may take a few tries to do this, I had to do this to my mouse over several days. Slow breaths are better as it allows more humidity to dissipate the static.

This managed to fix my old Razer Naga's right click. Much appreciated :D
The science sounds just fine, but saying "Hey, just breath a bit heavily into the button gap." sounds like crazy talk. Magical fix that works. I can use bows 'n' ♥♥♥♥ in games again (holding down mouse button to keep bow drawn).

I've been having this problem for ages in all kinds of games. Started playing Dead Space Remake and got focking tired of right click button not holding! Went out into browser and searched for a solution - boom - and this thread came up.

1000 of millions of thanks for this trick - it worked immediately! :-D
What a technique! Haha... I went through so many hoops such as an sfc clean up on cmd and ghub crap to unplugging etc etc, who would have thought a simple blow fixes the issue. Cheers mate.

ima try this just for ♥♥♥♥♥,but if i this works u deserve a place in the demigod pantheon
Wow, this thread is gold! Just fixed my problem by blowing into it like a nintendo cartridge lol...
Thanks for this, it fixed it right away like magic!
Honestly, this is hilarious! I have had this problem for ages with more than one mouse, and because I only noticed it in video games, I thought that's where the issue was. I have searched for fixes more than once and tried some that didn't work. But this worked. I am amazed!
I can't believe this worked! My right click was not staying held down some times and blowing in it fixed it several times.
