Is there a way to filter out all apps from play store with ads, paid and "inn app" paidments?

Don't use the play store.

If you were foolish enough to get a google account, you deserve every ad you get.

F-Droid and Apkmirror will tag the few apps with ads and "antifeatures"

You can easily block every single ad by using a Pi-Hole configuration as Firewall. However this method will only be effective when you connect to Home/Office wifi. Not your cell service.

Install app from play store called Ad-Choices and opt put of every one listed. Also go into your goggle account settings and disable personalized ads. This won't stop ads completely but it is a way to stop advertisers directly targeting you based on your personal interests.

Also many apps offer options to remove app ads by paying as little as $1. Many apps out there also offer this where you pay one time on that account and the ads for that app are removed for life.
