What header??
I got a single fan connected to a sys fan header with the radiator sat at the front pulling in cool air and another fan behind it in the pulling catigory with my 2 other front fans, my current AIO is connected too the cpu fan header for different speeds automatically however as it’s a pump I’m not sure if I should keep it where it is or if I should put it on the pump fan header instead so it runs 100% all the time need help with this asap

If the AIO has a SATA power connector the fan header is not required. The fan header is only for keeping the computer from complaining that no CPU fan is connected.

If the AIO has cables with fan headers which it most likely does connect all fans to those.

If the AIO does not have any SATA power cables connect it's fan cable to the CPU header and max it or to a dedicated pump header.

It only has one connection for the fan that’s is the sys fan the pump itself is currently on the cpu fan header, I’ve already tested this and it works on both cpu fan header and the pump fan header, on my x470 gaming pro mobo tho when I connected it to the pump header it seemed note active and brighter as if the pump was going 100% all the time compared to the cpu fan header that turns it up and down when needed and has no SATA COnnections

the aio should be at 100% all of the time (molex/sata or pump header)
its fans should use the cpu fan header

The fan has its own connector (only for the fan) the pump itself also has its own connection so only two different connections on the entire AIO

This is the AIO I have currently connected GOLDEN FIELD SF120 RGB All-in-One... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QR34DNV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Question, why not use the 3700x's stock cooler?

because I notice better temps on the AIO rather than the stock cooler plus less noise

I just need a clear and straight forward answer to what header it needs to be on for optimal performance cpu_fan header or Pump_fan header tho it works on both I don’t know what one to use

If you have a pump header use that one. The pump header will always run at 100%, so you don't have to manually configure the header to power a pump. All headers are otherwise identical.

Did you have a look at the pump on the link I just sent? And so the pump should always be at 100% not just up and down all the time?

Yes the pump should always be running at 100% for the best cooling performance. Especially on these "stupid" AIOs, you don't want the system to mess with the fan curve and slow down the pump.

brilliant thank you for that Omega I’ll change over headers when I can if I could I’ll give you rep+ thanks again

Left you some +rep omega and thanks again :)

If you plug a pump into cpu header, go into bios and set cpu header to DC instead of PWM.

I’m going to be place it on to the pump header as Omega stated above
