HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF RAM
Hi all,

I have this premade HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF with an i5 4440 and a gtx 1050. Currently I have 8gb of ram,but want to upgrade.

I know my ram is 1600mhz, but I cant find the voltage anywhere on bios or any third party applications. Would any you guys know where to find it, also any things I should consider while buying ram?

What does your RAM configuration look like right now? How many modules do you have? And which size are they?

You can get any ordinary DDR3 DIMM and use it. However, idealy you want RAM identical to what you are running currently, do a Google search on the model number of the memory and check the Google shopping tab. You can find the model number on the sticker on the RAM module.

4th gen i series needs 1.5v or lower ram

use cpuz to see what xmp/spd profiles its installed ram has

The voltage is printed on the ram module or you can view that Windows via Cpuz app.

If current ram is 1600mhz, 1.5 volts. Buy more ram that has same specs. It will most likely have to be in a 4x 4GB config.
