This what's in my system Apevia ATX-PR600W Prestige 600W 80+ Gold Certified, RoHS Compliance, Active PFC ATX ... Great price for a gold rated psu.

its never a good sign when its such an unknown brand, just screams "made in china on the cheap"

I emailed themThe Prestige line of our power supplies are among our highest rated power supplies. They are 80+ gold rated and are RoHS compliant. They also come with several safety features that, if there were an abnormal electrical flow for instance, it would shut down to protect the rest of your computer. We stand by our products and they should work fine. We have not received complaints about that one

Doesn't matter. A company isn't going to tell you their products are bad.

No different to retailers that say 'best something in town' it's easy to say something. Doesn't make it true. even manufacturers with decades experience have been known to cheap out on parts to make it cheaper and improve profits while still meeting certification then go on to have to recall hundreds of thousands of products due to faulty components being a huge safety concern.

When I look at Amazon's reviews on Amazon there pretty good Apevia ATX-PR600W Prestige 600W 80+ Gold Certified, RoHS Compliance, Active PFC ATX Gaming Power Supply https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NWZQX1J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_zDliEbK55B1S8

Again, gold does NOT mean a PSU is of high quality.

Also, judging a PSU from Amazon reviews ain’t good.

as long as the psu isnt being stressed beyond its abilities its will act fine

poor psus when overstressed can do bad things (ripplie/noise/fire/explode, may take other components with it)
good psus will shut down safely (power off, pwr_ok low or blow fuse/breaker)

never skimp on a psu unless you feel like re-buying the entire system if all goes wrong with it

doesnt make a diff if you oc or not
if you use that psu on a stock fx 9xxx with a rx 590 or other 200w gpu at stock specs
that psu will explode
