Steam crashing on Ubuntu 20.04, swrast error?

Newbie to linux, so please pardon any amateurishness on my end. Whenever I start steam, it flashes up the "verifying installation" screen and immediately closes. Below is the output from when I run it from the terminal.

How did you install Steam?

And do you have an Nvidia graphics card?

sudo apt install steam-installer and ran it from there, and I have an Nvidia graphics card.

Good, you used apt intall.

Have you installed your Nvidia graphics drivers? If not, you can easily install them via the software and updates application.

I'm not sure? Software & Updates just lists using nvidia driver 460, without specifying whether it's 64bit and/or 32bit.

Have you tried rebooting since installing it?

As I understand it, the 32bit and 64bit nvidia libraries need to be matched together, and if one gets updated, they start conflicting. It's been years since I had personal experience with that quirk, though.

After poking around in this link I ran

 sudo apt install nvidia-driver-460 libnvidia-gl-460:i386 

and this fixed it, thank you!
