Razer Naga Trinity Not Working Well.

So I have a new laptop and I decided to use the Naga that I have setup with my PC. For my surprise the back button doesn't work. I use it frequently for reloading weapons. Keybindings not working either.

In fact I tried my Viper mouse and it doesn't work at all with the laptop. And yes, I installed the Synapse app. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

I went to the official Razer Discord channel and its crickets and Youtube videos are vague.

Exactly that. Never had problems with these gaming mice except now. Like I said, now the Viper doesn't work at all but it does light up with rgb.
