Which browser is best? Chrome or Edge?

I think chrome is best. It has the lowest RAM usage on my PC. But it's on my RAM. And edge it doesn't has in it so it has the highest RAM usage on my PC.

Regardless of the browser choice it's just best to have your entire network behind a pihole. No telemetry, ads, tracking, adware, or any other issues. Use the quickest browser at that point, doesn't matter.

Man for some reason edge uses less RAM but. When some time passed it uses more RAM than chrome.

Yeah memory usage is still an issue with chromium-based browsers. I don't really see an impact as most of my systems have 16-32GB RAM. Still weird to see the usage though, you'd think they would fix it.

Almost the same situation here, but I did have one rough patch, as I have had one period of time where it was getting frustrating to use. It was a few years ago...

Rough patch with Firefox that I recall was ~ 2008 or so. Performance was getting kind of rough, and it felt a bit bloated. Meanwhile Google Chrome was the new hotness with instanced tabs.

I did crawl back to Firefox some time after that fling, and Mozilla really improved. I still happily use it today on desktop and mobile, which is nice because everything synchronizes.
