Yea I can make some suggestions. Hopefully they are available in Russia. As I know many brands have specific models for regions you might not find in some countries. Such as models that might only be available in US, UK, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia... etc. Some models I see for UK or Ukraine for example you can't get anywhere else.

1440p144 are good for gaming (dota can make good use of the higher res)
imho, at 120+hz gsync/freesync is a must

higher res takes a faster gpu
higher fps takes faster cpu and gpu

They are the same but the 850 has a wide gamut laminate that adds $140 to the price. The panel isn't capable of the contrast levels needed for HDR so it just makes everything oversaturated.

2k is 1080p, which is HD. So you're asking for either 144hz or 240hz.
You mean to say 1440p, which is 2.5k.

And, it's hz, not ghz - 1 hz is 1 update/refresh a second, 1Mhz would be 1,000,000hz, and 1Ghz would be 1,000,000,000hz. And, there's not a chance you'd get either.

I would look at getting a 1440p 144-165hz IPS panel. It can be a little pricey, but it'll serve you will in basically all use cases.

(1440p, 165hz, good response time, low under/overshoot, IPS, and is pretty cheap at 310 pound / 410 dollars.)
