Also remember the game has had updates over the years but the listed requirements have not been updated. I'd ask in the games forum as someone that owns it will low spec systems would be able to offer more accurate information as to how well it will run. Provided it does actually run

20-30 fps in 720p low settings maybe... it will not be enjoyable...
Can buy a whole new PC for like $300 with specs such as...
Intel 4th gen i7 cpu
16gb ram
Sdd + hdd
Amd RX 580 8gb gpu
Win10 64bit Pro
And core2 era cpus are fine too. Just not duos. Gotta have a quad for reasonable performance.
But yeh op. Mainly the c2d will hold ya back.
To an extent
GPU
Not recommended
RAM
Not the absolute worst amount, but likely an issue with RAM heavy games and with GPUs that dont have adequate VRAM
-
The above benchmarks dont show the entire picture and that Core i3 is likely a bit better than the C2D and is running with 8GB RAM not 4GB.
The benchmark doesnt show as 100% terrible performance because a decent portion of that 8GB RAM (Up to 4GB) is probably being used as Shared Video memory due to the terrible 512MB VRAM
All in all, playing the game with those specs likely wouldnt be very enjoyable.
