Anyone use a fiber optic hdmi cable to connect pc to tv?
With my older 35 foot hdmi cable the signal is dropping out at 4k. I'm thinking about upgrading to a fiber optic hdmi cable for this distance. Any thoughts or recommendations?

No. First, aside from some exotic fiberoptic adapters, I am not familiar with any actual fiberoptic hdmi cable.

Second - just get another quality 35ft cable and call it good. I use one daily for 4K HDR without issue.

Active Optical HDMI cables aren't even needed unless going beyond 50+ feet. Most likely you just have a highly outdated cable not suitable for 4K specs.

And the Optical HDMI cable start at like $100+

Here, this should work just fine.
