Also, did you try my suggestion of clearing your CMOS to clear out any stored RAM training data that might be causing your motherboard to make assumptions, especially if the SPD data of the two sticks is identical?
This might help to get two rams run together.
Also, make sure you have the right timings set. No need to do it manually. Just make sure it fits for now.
What changed for that bar?
Has the bios been updated at all? sometimes this can help with compatibility and it would clear cmos/bios at the same time BUT it can be risky depending on your motherboard especially if you have faulty ram as it can cause corruption during updating which can brick your motherboard.
If you are lazy I'd just recommend getting get it looked at by someone competent. Good luck
