Make sure you updated ALL the latest drivers for your new MoBo off the manufacturers website.
Chipset, audio, etc.
What are your system specs.
For the latest one, I'd do a fresh install of all drivers, not just update.
Random freezing and lack of video signal at start-up can be a dying graphics card. Fingers crossed it's just the drivers.
Forgot to ask...How's your PSU doing?
My apology I didn't include this part. But when my PC first had issue, I did switch out spare SATA cable as well change SATA slot position. I recall D drive showed up in 1 of the config. I also have defected headphone jack in back of MOBO, that's why I decided to replace it even tho I wasn't 100% confirm it was broken. Maybe if I did fresh install I could have fix it, but it seem like at least 1 of the SATA port was not working.
Later I use SATA/USB cconverter to test both my C and D, my other computer can read the files inside.
As for 2nd problem(today) I am having issue. My driver were up to date for most part since a month ago I re-built it. Nividia released new driver 2 weeks ago before Cyberpunk 2077 and I have that.
I don't think the issue is related to the software part, since in the morning everything was fine. But all of sudden at night I am having issue. Something happened during the few hours of period between morning and night but there was NO change in my software. I didn't install new software and my windows didn't install new update.
Anyhow, my PC is now working correctly again(cross finger), and I am not sure why. I literally didn't do anything, just rebooting a few times and shut it off for 2-3 hours. I hope the problem doesn't occur again.
My PSU is EVGA 850 CQ, I don't think I use full power for my rig.
All my drivers were updated. This is my spec:

Both SSD and HDD are very old
SSD: SanDisk SDSSDHII480G
HDD: WDC WD40EZRX-00SPEB0
- check your windows 10 system logs[www.partitionwizard.com] to see if you have any excessive disk errors (I also suspect that HDD is dying and causing your crashes)
- get the Sandisk Dashboard[kb.sandisk.com] will check the SSD health status and apply firmware upgrades (all the good stuff)
- get CrystalDiskInfo[crystalmark.info] which you can check the HDD health via SMART disk info screen[crystalmark.info]
