For a start it has double the memory. You can see the performance of them here
https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1650-vs-AMD-RX-580/4039vs3923
more vram doesnt make a better gpu
*excpetion is the 1060 3g vs 6g, they have the same gpu core, but the 3g ver is cut on cores and tmus
580 4g and 8g have the exact same core performance
8g will allow for more textures/models to be stored in vram, better for cad tasks but not gaming
going from the apu to a dedicated gpu, you may need a better psu also
I have 620w psu Seasonic...is that good ?

Reread the posts and use the link.
RX has more ram so that will be better for textures and stuff. Performance wise the link I provided shows the RX also performs better than the 1650. So if your budget means they are your best options the RX is the better card.
EDIT: Some of the others have linked and referenced the 1650 Super not 1650 or even suggested a 1660 super. Again not the 1650. Unless you have a higher budget and those are the best options you can around the RX580 is better than the 1650
if we talk about rx 580 vs gtx 1650...

Sorry for late response, I've been busy with work
Anyways is it worth saving a little bit more for 1660 gpu ? I just hope there wouldn't be any problem with my 2200g
Anyways Thanks :)
Forget the vram amount. Unless you run Ultra settings, you shouldn't need more then 4gb vram. If you do then I'd look at a better gpu such as gtx 1660 super or 2060 super.
580 8gb is only as good performance wise as gtx 1060 6gb, to which even a 1650 Super surpasses
If you want good bang for buck from AMD, look at 5600 XT
Damn I'm limited with current cpu, wish I had ryzen 5, I can't afford both cpu and gpu atm....
5600 xt ? Is it better than rx 580/590 or gtx 1650-66 ?
