x is 200mhz faster (<6%), not worth spending more than an extra $10 (+5%) for it
xt is 100mhz over that (max boost only), definately not worth spending the $50+ premium for it
they are basically higher binned, due to slightly better performing cores that can turbo higher and/or run slightly cooler when clocked the same
